The Dobson Ranch Yacht Club is designed to allow the residents of Dobson Ranch to meet on a semi-regular basis to be neighborly and socialize. Members of the Yacht Club are not required to be boat owners and guests of Yacht Club members are welcome to attend all events.

Membership is free, although members may be asked to pay to participate in special events, classes, or bring a dish to share at a party. We strive to be inclusive, so many events are family-oriented (boat floats, parades, and picnics), while others are evening events, designed to be a night out for adults.

We encourage all Yacht Club members to become involved in the planning and hosting of Yacht Club events. Regular yearly events include the annual Christmas boat parade, spring and summer boat floats, progressive dinners, game nights, and happy hours at local restaurants.
